Chloe and Jude have been friends for over fifteen years, sharing a passion for early childhood education that goes back even further. Their journey began in Broome at Kimberley Kids Early Learning Centre, where they discovered a shared vision for creating nurturing, community-focused spaces for children.
When Chloe’s family relocated to Perth in 2020, the pair saw an opportunity to bring their dream to life. A charming little building in Walliston became available, and with plenty of hard work and heart, they transformed it into a boutique centre with the same welcoming, small-town feel they had loved in Broome—now recreated in the Perth Hills.
In 2022, they expanded their vision by purchasing Beechboro Early Learning Centre, a family-run service that perfectly aligned with their values. Today, Chloe, Jude and their dedicated team are proud to provide intimate, family-oriented long day care where children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow.
At both centres, families can expect a warm community, personalised care, and a genuine passion for helping little ones thrive.

Being a small centre, a family atmosphere is created. Educators and support staff are committed to knowing every child and family personally to enable a closer relationship to each child and better cater for their individual needs.

Chloe, our hands-on Owner and leads with warmth and experience. Supporting her is a dedicated team that we go to great lengths to attract and retain—offering flexible working arrangements, ongoing professional development, and clear career pathways.
Our educators hold a wide range of qualifications, including early childhood teaching degrees, diplomas, and certificates in Community Services, all in line with the Department of Community Services regulations. Beyond their qualifications, they are guided by Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics, embracing values of respect, inclusion, cultural responsiveness, and lifelong learning.

Our Environment
At Banksia Kids, our spaces are designed to feel calm, natural, and inspiring for children and families. Sustainability is at the heart of our approach: we minimise plastic, encourage upcycling, and carefully choose materials that reflect our commitment to the environment. Every room is thoughtfully curated with neutral tones and attention to detail, creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and engaging for little learners.
Outdoors, children enjoy a beautiful natural setting with plenty of shade and a spacious veranda. Our large undercover sandpit allows for all-weather play, while the expansive grassed area invites endless games and adventures. For quieter moments, children can relax in our outdoor book corner, complete with a cosy daybed and soft cushions, designed to nurture a love of reading and peaceful play.
